Credit for Appraisal Costs: Terms & Conditions
Seattle Mortgage Planners will credit an amount equal to one half the cost of the appraisal at closing (Maximum Appraisal Credit is
$275). This credit will apply only when Borrower/Client meets all guidelines for loan approval and are able to satisfy all conditions for loan funding. In the event the loan does not fund due to Borrower/Client request or in the event the Borrower/Client cannot meet approval guidelines and satisfy all funding conditions, the credit will not apply and the Borrower/Client will be responsible for all appraisal charges incurred.
